I have had the pleasure of doing business with WaterWerks since 2007 when I purchased a day spa that had two Torrent units installed around 1996.  After a little research I found Charlie Slater with WaterWerks who produced the Torrent and helped me with a bit of preventive maintenance.  He is a wealth of knowledge for a new owner as well as a longtime partner in servicing my units no matter how small the question is.  

I purchased two more units, The Typhoon, for my new building in 2020 that have proven to be easy to use, exceptionally well made that produce a lovely experience for our clients. Our spa does 24-30 vichy showers a week that prove to be a profit generating machine.  The longevity of their products and the service after the sale is a rare find these days.
